House Calls

Visits can be arranged with our receptionist by telephoning 55328666.

You will be asked to provide the patients name, date of birth, address, phone number, Medicare or Veterans Affairs card, and a description of the patients condition.

Home and nursing home visits are available for locations between Coomera and South Tweed.

Visits are available at all after hours times from 6pm till 8am overnight Monday to Friday and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Because of the driving time between visits there will often be a waiting time of up to 3 hours depending on the urgency of the call.

Housecalls are bulkbilled provided the patient can supply a current Medicare or Veterans Affairs card. If you do not have a current Medicare of Veterans Affairs Card, fees are applicable. All fees must be settled with the Doctor at the time of the visit.

CONSULTATIONS

When a patient is seen on behalf of a local participating General Practitioner, a copy of the treating doctor's clinical notes is sent by secure electronic transfer or by courier the next working day to your GP. Patients are generally advised to return to their usual doctor for follow-up of the presenting problem.
